2010 Rockhoppers Club Membership and Licencing process
Membership and CSA Licence applications are now open for 2010.
Please complete the form and return to Richard Durrant either with proof of payment by e-mail or fax to the numbers shown on the application form.
Membership fees have been reduced slightly for 2010 and the Central Gauteng Cycling affiliation fee has remained the same as last year.
Both amounts are paid to RMBC and the club will in turn pay over the R75 or R50 affiliation fee to CGC accordingly.

As regards licencing for 2010 please note the information below:
One of the provisos of being a member of Rockhoppers is that each member must at least have a Cyclosport or Junior licence as issued by
Cycling South Africa. Applications for licences are made on line through www.cyclingsa.com (or www.myrace.co.za)
selecting Rockhoppers as your club, when prompted to do so. Payments for licences are made directly to MyRace / CSA during the application process.
2010 License Types – (All licenses are multidisciplinary)
- Racing License (R300.00) - For competitive level riders (19+ years) wanting to compete in provincial and /or national championships events
- Cyclosport (R75.00) - For regular event participants – all other events (including MTN Marathon series)
- Junior Licence (R35.00) - 18 and younger (born 1992 and after). All juniors (both competitive and social) will ride under this single licence.
The online licencing system is working well and your logging is the same as last year. If you cannot remember you log in the system will prompt you. Photographs from last years applications are on the system already, but you can change them if required!
Please Note:
- 2009 licences are valid until end February 2010 but please still get your new applications in asap.
- there is no option of a paper based licence application process this year. If you have difficulties on processing your application on line, let Richard Durrant know and he will try and assist you.

Le Tour Sports Wear are the manufacturers of our club kit and they have asked the following when ordering:
- Orders to be placed directly with your club and the club will order from Le Tour in bulk once a month.
- Le Tour manufactures kit for Linden Cycles should you wish to check your size before ordering.
- Payment to be made to Rockhoppers – bank details on the website. Don’t forget to add VAT
- Send your fully detailed order with proof of payment to one of the committee members.
- All orders will then be processed and a bulk order placed with Le Tour.
- Please note delivery times (they get longer during the Argus and 94.7 period)
